 Vivian C. Carlson is a graduate of U.C.L.A..(B.A.) and Southwestern University School of Law(JD).   She has practiced law in Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, and Alameda County in Northern California for over twenty four years.  She brings a  blend of experience and dedication to her field of family law and estate planning. Her philosophy is to settle a case by whatever means necessary,  whether by non-adversarial methods, such as mediation, or by taking a case to trial before a Superior Court judge.  She is assertive when necessary, and sensitive to the needs and wishes of her clients.
